Gerardo Melgarejo is the owner and proprietor of Atwater Street Tacos. A successful restaurant still within its infancy,  but has grown tremendously in noterietay and becoming a common place suggested as a must experience and see within that short amount of time amongst the community and surrounding area of Flat Rock, Michigan.  He is also an avid hot rod enthusiast with a growing fleet of street driven cars at showcar quality. We sat down to chat mainly as a wide open and ranging  conversation except for my main two questions which were... How did Atwater come to be? And how is it that he is even thinking about opening up a second restaurant with confidence in todays times?
